After disassembly, remove material from 2-4 Shift Rail as shown. Notch in Shift Rail should be .936" long. Press Support Sleeve onto shaft and weld it to fork (we recomend heli-arc). Reassemble transfer case but do not install the Interlock Ball (item 4). |
